Multiple Probe qPCR Mix Kit is a master mix for probe qPCR to detect DNA templates (such as DNA viruses). The main ingredient, Taq Pro HS DNA Polymerase, is a hot start DNA polymerase of a new generation that has been updated to improve template affinity and modified based on antibody method. Amplification performance with multiple targets, amplification specificity and sensitivity for detecting low-copy genes, and amplification curve shape are all considerably enhanced by using the best buffer that has been designed for the qPCR system. With outstanding repeatability and high reliability, it can precisely quantify and detect target genes while offering a great amplification curve across a broad quantitative range.
