FastScreenAb™ technology is used to screen the mouse monoclonal antibodies with at least 5 synthetic peptides of Parapoxvirus of Red Deer SB87_gp072. The mAb with highest affinity will be selected. The selected antibody recognizes Parapoxvirus of Red Deer SB87_gp072. The isotype is Mouse IgG. It can be used in applications: WB (Other applications need to be tested.).

PVNZ is a member of the Parapoxviruses (PPVs). PVNZ has been reported in deer in New Zealand and wild ruminants in Italy, which was first identified in lesions on the epithelial surface of red deer skin and velvet. PVNZ virions were isolated from diseased material and DNA was extracted for preliminary restriction endonuclease analysis.
