Anti-Lumpy Skin Disease Virus LSDV019 Monoclonal Antibody (MP-K3259) (Mouse IgG)(MPYF-1222-KX1793)

FastScreenAb™ technology is used to screen the mouse monoclonal antibodies with at least 5 synthetic peptides of Lumpy Skin Disease Virus LSDV019. The mAb with highest affinity will be selected. The selected antibody recognizes Lumpy Skin Disease Virus LSDV019. The isotype is Mouse IgG. It can be used in applications: WB (Other applications need to be tested.).

Introduction
Lumpy skin disease virus is a contagious poxvirus belonging to the genus Capripoxvirus. LSDV was first found in southern Africa and spread through the Middle East to the European countries and Russia. The natural hosts of LSDV are limited within the non-ruminants. LSDV primarily affects cattle and zebus, sometimes giraffes, water buffalo, and impalas, while goats and sheep do not develop lumpy skin disease (LSD) after exposure to this virus.
Alternative Names
LSDV019; Kelch-like protein; Kelch motifs are 50-amino acid motifs represented by one beta-sheet blade; may be involved in remodelling and stabilization of the host cytoskeleton and host immune evasion; BTB-Kelch proteins have Kelch repeats that can interact with actin filaments; the poxviridae are enveloped unsegmented dsDNA viruses; unlike many dsDNA viruses that replicate in the host nucleus poxviruses encode their own replication machinery and therefore replicate in the cytoplasm; viral genes are expressed in a bi-phasic manner with early genes genes encoding non-structural proteins involved in genome replication and late genes encoding the viral structural proteins
