Anti-Goatpox Virus GTPV_gp009 Monoclonal Antibody (MP-K3111) (Mouse IgG)(MPYF-1222-KX1645)

FastScreenAb™ technology is used to screen the mouse monoclonal antibodies with at least 5 synthetic peptides of Goatpox Virus GTPV_gp009. The mAb with highest affinity will be selected. The selected antibody recognizes Goatpox Virus GTPV_gp009. The isotype is Mouse IgG. It can be used in applications: WB (Other applications need to be tested.).

Introduction
The goatpox virus is a contagious poxvirus belonging to the genus Capripoxvirus. Goat populations located in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa are natural hosts of GPV. Goatpox is not considered to be a zoonotic disease. The GPV is primarily transmitted by direct contact with infected goats, or indirect contact with contaminated objects. Indirect mechanical transmission by insects, aerosols, inhalation, intradermal, or subcutaneous inoculation can also lead to GPV infection.
Alternative Names
GTPV_gp009; G protein-coupled chemokine receptor-like protein; G-protein-coupled receptors constitute a large family of transmembrane proteins that adopt a similar structural framework comprised of 7 transmembrane helices; they typically transduce extracellular signals; poxviruses might use the G protein-coupled chemokine receptor-like protein to facilitate immune evasion; The poxviridae are enveloped unsegmented dsDNA viruses; unlike many dsDNA viruses that replicate in the host nucleus poxviruses encode their own replication machinery and therefore replicate in the cytoplasm; viral genes are expressed in a bi-phasic manner with early genes encoding non-structural proteins involved in genome replication and late genes encoding the viral structural proteins
